The Classes
Whether you are building a new foundation, leveling up your current routine, or mastering functional bodyweight movements, our RISE and TRX programs provide the structure, safety, and trackable progress you need to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit.

The ideal starting point for anyone new to strength training or returning after time away. This small-group program introduces foundational strength, balance, mobility, and light cardiovascular work through safe, progressive training designed to deliver trackable progress. Participants will learn proper technique and build confidence as they advance at a steady, sustainable pace. Led by certified personal trainers, RISE Beginner supports overall wellness while fostering a welcoming community that strengthens mind, body, and spirit.

An intermediate-level small-group training class created for individuals ready to elevate their fitness. Workouts incorporate dynamic strength, balance, mobility, and cardio challenges, all built around progressive programming that enables clear, trackable progress over time. Certified personal trainers provide expert coaching to help you push your limits safely and effectively. This supportive, community-driven class fuels growth and connection while enhancing mind, body, and spirit.

Experience a total-body workout that builds strength, stability, and mobility using the innovative TRX Suspension System. TRX Training leverages bodyweight resistance to challenge every major muscle group while improving core strength and functional movement. This small-group class offers scalable exercises for all fitness levels and fosters a supportive community.
