"We are all in this together"
Nikki brings a wealth of experience to the YMCA, having been a fitness instructor on and off for approximately 11 years. You can currently find her teaching weekly Christian Yoga and Barre classes at our West Branch – integrating the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits into our schedule. She provides a devotional approach to wellness and movement, ensuring every participant walks out of her class feeling better than when they walked in.
