COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF THE FOX RIVER VALLEY MAKES SIGNIFICANT DONATION TO FOX VALLEY FAMILY YMCA FOR CHILD SAFETY

The Fox Valley Family YMCA is thrilled to announce the receipt of a generous donation of $50,000 from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley. This substantial contribution will be instrumental in enhancing the safety and security of our childcare areas through the installation of state-of-the-art cameras.

The Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley has a long-standing commitment to supporting initiatives that positively affect the well-being of our community. Their dedication to the betterment of society aligns perfectly with the mission of the Fox Valley Family YMCA. This substantial donation will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and protection of the children under our care.

The $50,000 donation went to the implementation of a comprehensive camera system in our childcare areas. This initiative aims to provide an additional layer of security, creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children who participate in our programs. The advanced camera technology will enable us to closely monitor and safeguard our facilities, further reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of every child entrusted to us.

“We are profoundly grateful to the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley for their unwavering support and generous donation,” said Michael Rosales, School Age Child Care Director, Fox Valley Family YMCA. “This contribution will significantly enhance the safety measures in our childcare areas, allowing us to create an even more secure environment for the children and families we serve.”
