Start Here: Wellness Room Orientations
At the Y, wellness is more than a workout — it’s about feeling connected, confident, and supported. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking to build confidence in the Wellness Room, the YMCA’s Orientation program is designed to help you begin — mind, body, and spirit.
This FREE two-part program introduces you to the Y’s wellness spaces, equipment, and programs while helping you set personal goals and build a plan for lasting well-being. Each session is led by a Personal Trainer who will guide you through safe, effective movement and support your total well-being.

Kids age 10-13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the wellness center and complete a Wellness Room Orientation.
Move Together: Group Fitness
Group Fitness at the Y is about energy, variety, and connection. Our classes bring people together to move with purpose, supported by friendly, knowledgeable instructors and a community that makes showing up feel easier—and more fun.
With a wide range of land and water classes, there’s something for nearly every interest, ability, and stage of life. From strength and cardio formats to mind-body options like yoga and aqua fitness, our schedule is designed to meet you where you are and help you keep moving forward.
Group Exercise classes are included with membership and led by instructors who motivate, encourage, and create a welcoming environment where everyone belongs. Come as you are. Move together. Leave feeling stronger—inside and out.

The future of fitness, Small Group Training is an affordable way to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise, creativity and motivation at a lower cost. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself for real results. Training is for 4-8 participants creating smaller, intimate classes with more individualized attention.
