A proven, community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. This class will help you become more active, energized, and empowered. It will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance to help reduce arthritis symptoms. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the YMCA has partnered up with several virtual partners to bring you online workouts that are free to stream for a limited time. From spin classes to full-body exercise routines, these engaging workouts are a great way to stay in shape while staying home. To start streaming, simply visit any of our partners’ websites below to claim your free access — no YMCA membership required. While some of our partners may ask for a credit card to create an account, these online workouts are absolutely free for a limited time.
