Child Care
Our Early Learning Child Care Center provides enriching experiences which facilitate a child’s cognitive, social, physical and emotional growth. We strive to meet the developmental needs and temperament of each individual child by working in partnership with families. Our day care program, licensed by the State of Illinois, provides day care curriculum focused on education, leadership and character development. At the Y we believe the early years set the stage for their later success. And because of the Y child care center, children learn values and positive behaviors that stay with them their whole lives. Helping them identify their unique talents and interests and realize their potential today instills greater confidence in them as contributing, engaged and healthy adults.
Full Time Child Care and Part Time Child Care:

Infant Daycare Program
Our infant program is designed to provide a warm, safe, welcoming environment where your baby can thrive, with emphasis on creating a loving and healthy place for your child to feel secure. We follow your child’s individual schedule for sleeping, feeding and play.
Toddlers Daycare
We introduce hands on experiences to promote development of the whole child. Through the guidance of our experienced staff, toddlers succeed in a program designed to meet their individual ages and stages.
Twos Daycare
Our nurturing staff creates experiences where children can be successful and challenged. We offer age-appropriate learning opportunities to encourage individual skills and independent choices.
Threes, Fours and Fives
Daycare
We believe children learn by doing. Our teachers use theme based units that build self confidence as well as educational and social skills. Learning centers include language, math, science, music, art and social interaction. Your child also has the added benefit of additional Y programs such as gymnastics, swim and dance. Kindergarten Improving on the state-specific school board curriculum, each child is carefully instructed in a variety of subjects ranging from English to mathematics. The Y kindergarten experience does wonders in helping every child discover their best selves.
