Neighborhood Walk at FVF YMCA
West Branch in Sandwich
In
conjunction with America on the Move we are hosting a community
neighborhood walk (2 miles)
to raise
awareness of obesity.

La Premiere
Dance Company competed at the Rainbow Dance Connection Dance Competition
March 28-30.
Our Dance Company was the only competitive company from a YMCA at the
competition. Results are as follows:
Cheyanne Diaz (Not an Average Girl Open solo-first place), Chloe
Oelker (Nothin’ Better to Do, tap solo-first place and
Holiday, Ballet solo-first place), Danielle Robinson (Our Song,
open solo-first place and Fabulous, Musical Theatre solo-first
place), Brigid Washak (Stardust, Lyircal solo-first place), Cheyanne
Diaz and Shannon Roehn (Nicest Kids in Town, Musical
Theatre duet-high second place), Cheyanne Diaz, Shannon Roehn, Brianna
Smith, and Kimberly Tran-Batdorf (Car Wash,
jazz group-first place), Chloe Oelker, Danielle Robinson, and Brigid
Washak (Breathe, lyrical trio-first place and Eighth
overall for senior trios ages 15-16. The La Premiere Dance Company
is having auditions on Saturday, June 14

The 2nd Annual YMCA West Branch Easter Egg Hunt was very well
attended with 100 children and their parents searching
for eggs, playing games, and doing crafts.

for people with special needs at
the West Branch in Sandwich.

Early
Childhood Center addition to the Central Branch in Plano has opened
its doors for
business! This center houses our full-day Day Care facility and
nine Preschool classes.

the 21st annual Silver Springs Summer Scamper
5K & 10K race.
