Senior Program Director
$38,000 plus
-Seeking a
candidate with experience in Aquatics and Sports programming with a
Bachelor’s degree in
recreation or related field and 2- 4 years of progressive experience in program development, fiscal
management, community collaboration and supervisory experience. Candidate must possess excellent
customer service skills, have attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the
ability to multi-task.
Under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director,
this position is responsible for budgeting, planning,
organizing, coordinating and administering aquatics and sports programs, including special events.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising two part-time program
coordinators and approximately 15 staff members at both YMCA branches. Responsible for a budget of
