Class Descriptions
 

Abs, Back, and Butt

Looking for new ways to train and isolate the muscles that make up the core body?  This class is for you!  It will help you improve your posture while developing strong and shapely-defined abdominal and back muscles. 
 

Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills and simple dance moves in a fun party style! Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants at any fitness level modify their workout and everyone has a good time, too..
 

3-2-1 Blast & Tone

3 minutes cardio, 2 minutes of weights and 1 minutes of abs. Repeat for 45minutes and you have recipe for a killer workout! Great for all fitness levels! Modifications are given for advanced or beginner levels.
 

Stride and Stretch

Get up early and join in on a 1-3 mile run for cardio benefits, then stretch and relax with yoga.  No running experience required, walk if you choose! All fitness levels welcome.
 

Joyful Joints

This class is great for beginners or active older adults. Slow movements and light weights are used to tone those muscles.
 

Cardio Blast

This class is great for those who are new to step or boxing. Basic moves and easy to follow instructions are used. Modifications are offered for those who might want to keep low/high impact.
 

Joyful Joints Challenge

Same concept as Joyful Joints, heavier weights maybe used.  Tone muscles with weights, bands, stability balls or your own body weight. Modifications will be shown. Please let instructor know if you have any limitations before class begins.
 

Zumba

Do you like to Dance? Do you like to sweat? Join us for the hottest new trend in Group Exercise! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.
 

Yoga

For those just getting started in Yoga.  Learn all the basics of breathing, gentle stretches, strengthening and balancing poses, all taught at an easy pace.  Instructions are included to modify poses to meet varied needs and abilities.  Bring your own mat.
 

 Cardio Mix

Each week will be a different type of cardio workout! Could be step, boxing, circuit, etc.. Changing your workouts often will challenge your body and help get you get out of your rut.
 

Iron Works

Strength training workout utilizing hand weights, body bars, resistance tubes and body resistance to improve muscle strength in all major muscles.
