Class Descriptions
 

    Intro to Group
    Cycling

Learn to safely set up your bike and cycle using good form and technique.  This class effectively simulates an outdoor biking experience.  Rhythmic drills, form, breathing and intensity control will be emphasized through the use of mental focus and motivational music. 
 

    Group Cycling

This class effectively simulates an outdoor biking experience.  Rhythmic drills, form, breathing and intensity control will be emphasized through the use of mental focus and motivational music. 
 

    Heart Zones Cycling

Learn how to use a heart rate monitor effectively.  Use one of our or bring your own!  This is an individualized and personalized program—beginners to performance level cyclists can train together in this class.
 

    Cardio Pump

Combines the best of cardio (step aerobics or cardioboxing) and weight training intervals for a fun, calorie blasting workout.
 

    Strength and
    Stretch

This class may use weights or your own body weight to tone and strengthen those muscles! Yoga stretches will be used to stretch the muscles you worked.
 

    Turbo Kick

An intense low to high-impact workout that inspires dance, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, and FUNK. This workout creates a party atmosphere that will have you lining up for MORE!
 

    Abs, Back & Butt
    Only

Looking for new ways to train and isolate the muscles that make up the core body?  This class is for  you!  It will help you improve your posture while developing strong and shapely-defined abdominal and back muscles. 
 

    Full Body Pump

This moderate to intense workout will challenge your body! This class will incorporate a wide range of resistance tools, ie: weights, resistance bands stability ball.
 

    Muscle Works

Strength training workout utilizing hand weights, body bars, resistance tubes and body resistance to improve muscle strength in all major muscles.
 

    PiYo

This class is a pilates fused with yoga, and power. Modifications are shown for all levels of fitness.
 

    Pilates Mat

Focuses on abdominal strength and spinal flexibility to develop a powerful “core”.  This method trains the entire body while emphasizing proper alignment and posture, effective body mechanics, correct breathing, improved circulation, and relief of chronic pain and stress.
 

   Yoga

For those just getting started in Yoga.  Learn all the basics of breathing, gentle stretches, strengthening and balancing poses, all taught at an easy pace.  Instructions are included to modify poses to meet varied needs and abilities.  Bring your own mat.
 

    Step Mania

 

45 minutes of step aerobics with challenging choreography.  This class will keep you thinking and sweating!

    Zumba

Do you like to Dance? Do you want to sweat? Join us for the hottest new trend in Group Exercise! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.
