Fitness Department

• All participants must be at least 14 years old. Guest under 18 may not use the Fitness Center.
• All new members are encouraged to attend a 15 minute Basic Orientation available by appointment. We also offer a 45 minute Step-by-Step Orientation available by appointment through the front desk.
• Proper attire is required when using the Fitness Center, including no open-toe shoes.
• Please refrain from wearing clothing with zippers, snaps, and other materials that could tear the equipment upholstery.
• There is a special sign-up process for the treadmills, ARC-trainers and Precor/EFX. Members are asked to be courteous and abide by cardio rules and time limits.
